Escarolyn Garcia

Senior Bilingual Assistant

As the Bilingual Senior Assistant, Escarolyn works closely with the Senator and Chief of Staff to ensure that both the Senator and the office are organized. She is responsible for managing the Senator's calendar, and balancing the office's and district's many competing demands. She also takes pride in ensuring that requestors coming to our office feel respected and get timely responses, and that commitments are made based on complete information. Escarolyn also serves as the Senator's internship coordinator, and point person for Senate citation requests.

A first-generation American born to Dominican parents, Escarolyn is originally from New York City but moved to Boston in her early years. She graduated from Bridgewater State University where she majored in Communication Studies and minored in Criminal Justice. Escarolyn previously worked at the law firm Foley Hoag, in their Human Resources Department. She enjoys learning about different cultures and has a passion for helping others.
