Massachusetts has over 100,000 clean energy jobs at 1600 megawatts of solar -- but many residents can't access the benefits of green energy. I spoke about these issues today at a legislative briefing on my bill, S.1831 An Act Relative to Solar Power in Environmental Justice and Urban Communities.
